ORDER PROCESSING TIME
It will take 2-7 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Friday).
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email or Facebook messenger. To get your tracking number, simply send us a message through Facebook or email us at email@example.com and we will have it sent to you. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: Why does shipping take so long?

Q: I ordered multiple products, but have received only one... where are the rest?
A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.
